David Ha
David Ha is co-founder and chief executive of Sakana AI, a Tokyo-based AI research company he started in 2023 with Llion Jones and Ren Ito, known for nature-inspired approaches such as evolving and merging models. He was previously head of research at Stability AI and, before that, a research scientist leading Google Brain's team in Japan; earlier in his career he was a derivatives trader at Goldman Sachs.
