Demi Guo is co-founder and chief executive of Pika, a text-to-video AI startup she launched in 2023 with Chenlin Meng after both left Stanford's AI PhD programme. A Harvard graduate in mathematics, she had previously worked as a research engineer at Facebook AI Research; Pika raised early venture funding on the strength of its video-generation tools.
