Eric Ho
Eric Ho is a co-founder and chief executive of Goodfire, a US research company building mechanistic-interpretability tools intended to make neural networks more understandable and steerable. He founded the company in 2024 with Dan Balsam and Tom McGrath, having earlier founded the recruitment startup RippleMatch.
