Enterprise search and an AI work assistant that indexes a company's internal tools and answers questions across them.
Glean is a US company, founded in 2019 by former Google engineer Arvind Jain, that builds enterprise search and an AI "work assistant". Its product indexes a company's internal tools — email, documents, chat, code and the like — so employees can search across them and put questions to an assistant that draws on that material. It raised a Series F in 2025 at a reported $7.2bn valuation, up from $4.6bn the year before, and said its annual recurring revenue had passed $100m.
