Karan Goel
Karan Goel is a co-founder and chief executive of Cartesia, a US startup founded in 2023 building real-time voice generation on state-space model architectures. The company grew out of the Stanford AI Lab, where Goel completed a PhD advised by Christopher Ré, alongside co-founders including Albert Gu, the researcher who originated the state-space approach.
