Robert Thomson
Robert Thomson is chief executive of News Corp, the media group whose titles include The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones, The Times and HarperCollins, a role he has held since 2013 and which the board has extended to 2030. An Australian-born journalist, he was previously editor-in-chief of Dow Jones and managing editor of The Wall Street Journal, and has overseen the company's negotiations over AI licensing of its journalism.
