Arkady Volozh
Arkady Volozh is the founder and chief executive of Nebius, an Amsterdam-based AI-infrastructure company. He co-founded the Russian search company Yandex in 1997 and ran it for around 25 years; after Yandex sold its Russian assets in 2024, the remaining group was renamed Nebius and refocused on AI compute. He renounced his Russian citizenship in 2026.
