Chelsea Finn is an assistant professor of computer science at Stanford University and a co-founder and research lead of Physical Intelligence, a San Francisco startup building general-purpose AI models for robots, founded in 2024. Her academic research focuses on robot learning and meta-learning; she earned her PhD at UC Berkeley.
