Ioannis Antonoglou is a co-founder and chief technology officer of Reflection AI, a frontier lab he started in 2024 with Misha Laskin to build reinforcement-learning-driven coding agents. A founding engineer at DeepMind, he was a co-author of the AlphaGo, AlphaZero and MuZero papers and later worked on reinforcement learning from human feedback for Gemini.
