Misha Laskin is a co-founder and chief executive of Reflection AI, a US startup building autonomous coding agents and aiming at more general autonomous systems. A former staff research scientist at Google DeepMind, where he worked on reward modelling for the Gemini project, he founded the company in 2024 with Ioannis Antonoglou.
