Jensen Huang
Jensen Huang is the co-founder and chief executive of Nvidia, the chip company he started in 1993 and which, during the AI boom, became the dominant supplier of the processors used to train and run large models. That position made Nvidia one of the world's most valuable companies and Huang a central figure in the industry's expansion, reporting record quarterly revenues through 2025 and 2026. Under him the company has increasingly taken equity stakes in the AI labs that are also its largest customers, from OpenAI to Safe Superintelligence, tying its growth to continued frontier-scale training. Critics have questioned how sustainable that circular flow of investment and hardware demand will prove.
